Dine-out discounts are not being offered due to gas shortage?

I heard from my cousins that restaurants are not offering Dine-out discounts (Swiggy/Zomato) due to gas shortage. Then why are they still listing thier restaurant on thoes app and marketing through thoes apps?

I think we all should boycott eating out for this month so that restaurants stop all these bullshit practices.
