Got HWID banned (Error 152) but never cheated. Riot won't help.

I logged into Valorant and got hit with Error 152 (HWID ban). I never used cheats or any third-party software intentionally. Raised a support ticket and they just said it's my responsibility without explaining what triggered it. Has anyone dealt with this? Any advice on escalating further?
