Could someone who experienced similar help me?

I have a Shark Navigator Lift Away I’ve been using for my cleans the past few months. My previous model that lasted five years crapped out on me at a clean so I had to get a new one.

This past week, it has sounded like it’s clogged somewhere and won’t do anything aside from a broom because the suction isn’t strong. I have taken apart all the hoses and rinsed it out really well but it still is acting weird. High pitched while I use it as well. Is there anything else I can do or do I need a new vacuum? Recommend me some vacuums please.
