Narcissistic Abuse birthday attacks

I have been literally put into the hospital multiple times on my birthday because how dare I have a birthday and be told happy birthday or receive a gift. He rectified the occasion by coming up behind me and screaming into my ear and sending me into A-Fib! I even lost all my hearing in my right ear! I’m completely deaf in it now.

But once we got to the hospital he would immediately play the hero because he had taken me to the ER, where he had won over all the nurses by telling them he had gave up working just to retire early and take care of my sick daughter and I. When he was actually stealing our social security funds and had taken my car keys away from me years before, so we trapped and totally under his control
