eSim Network?

I'm traveling to Chile next week for ten days. I'll be primarily in Santiago & surrounding area and Easter Island. I know that Easter Island cell coverage is limited even on the best network. It seems like Entel is the only one that has some coverage. I've been looking eSim options online and they all seem to work on the Movistar network, nothing for entel.

Is it worth waiting until I arrive to get an entel eSim or does it even matter? I just live with no cell service on the island and connect when I get home (honestly, I'm kind of looking forward to the limited coverage).
