Please don’t group what Embiid said about wanting to play with what is happening in Milwaukee. Embiid has no ulterior motive, he simply wants to play and help his team on this playoff push and he is pissed off if he can’t. I don’t understand how anyone can have a problem with that sentiment.

I don’t know what’s going on in Milwaukee with whether the team is trying to tank, if Giannis is just tying to play the victim, whatever.

But this is simply a case of Embiid wanting to be on the court for a critical part of the season. I completely understand if the team is being extra cautious, that is their job. I’m not disagreeing with legitimate decisions because the teams sometimes have to protect the players from themselves.

But at the same time you should like it when players desperately want to play and get pissed off when they can’t.
