Does Nesmokesen Work??

Recently posted in this thread about Desmoxan, which is unavailable to buy anywhere that I can find in the US. So I'm resorting to trying this kind, desmokesen. Someone commented it on my last post and said the active ingredient is the same, I just haven't been able to find many reviews about it. Has anyone tried it?
