Law and order makes a society civilized

Finally, the Nepal police are actually trying to maintain law and order in society.

Look at first-world countries. Their societies seem so civilized, not because people are intellectuals, but because their laws are strong. Do a traffic violation, you get a ticket. Every time you break the law, it's recorded in your background history. When you apply for jobs, your background is checked. Do any crimes against woman and minor, your location can be publicly tracked.

The Balen-led government, including the RSP, needs to pass really strong laws to make society civilized. Only then will people not dare to do uncivilized things in society.
