32F. Dealing with lot of health issues since 2024. From anxiety to gut issues. [astro-seek]

Got severe anxiety in 2024, one thing led to other and dealing with lot of gut issues and multiple tests, treatment hasnt been working much and anxiety is all time high. Wondering if there's going to be improvement or something that can help cope this.
