Prison reality check

My friend has spent the last 2 years writing a script for a crime drama that includes prison but he's never been inside how real our these points.

He is able to swallow a heroin ball before going in and swap it for a knife almost immediately on arriving.

All the prison guards know which ones are dirty.

He changes his name 2 years before hand and is out on the same wing as the guy who killed his brother.

He knocks out a leader of a gang one on one and it's respected with no pay back.

People bully other for there whole canteen.

Other inmates and visible battered it's just allowed.

Sorry but he wants this super real.
