Aru Aru City - Pokemon Cards

Came across this mall in Aru Aru City that according to Google is amazing for pokemon cards, but can't find any actual reviews.

Is it worth going out to Aru Aru City in Kitakyushu for pokemon cards OR should I just stick to the shops in Tenjin?
