Am i the only older gamer who doesn’t care about playing on the best graphics?

Was just reading a post on another gaming sub about how they don’t want to get a PlayStation because it doesn’t have the highest 4K rate compared to their pc. Ive never cared enough to learn about high-end graphics or have the want to. Any other gamers like me, or am I alone in this thinking?
