Back to work at 4 weeks?

I thought I was doing great- currently over 3WPO. Other than painful bras, I felt really good. But I definitely overdid things yesterday (nothing particularly bad, but I think throughout the day I did a lot and it added up)

Because now my stitches over on the right side really hurt. (No bleeding or anything- just pain)

So now I’m paranoid about returning to work in 4 days! My job is rooming patients for doctors- so not crazy, but it is a lot of squeezing to pump up blood pressure cuffs and a lot of cleaning rooms.
