Just need to know what to add to the list to find my misfire.

My 2007 CRV (173,000 miles) had a misfire code on cylinder 3 which went away after I did a valve adjustment in October but it has now came back this week on cylinder 1. Plugs and coils are good, compression is good, and fuel injectors are working properly. Not too sure what to look for next so anything else I should know to look at would be helpful.
