Need help with Bilt Cash

I need some help with Bilt Cash accumulation and such. I know only $100 will carry over.

I understand we got $300 boost for the first year which won't be there next year but I'd like to keep $100 for a left over. I ran some numbers based on below data and feel like I'll have upwards of $1000 Bilt cash.

i have Bilt Palladium Card and already made Gold. I plan to use $100 BC with each hotel credit.

Current Bilt cash $549

Rent $2,360

Monthly 3% Rent Fee $70.8

Monthly Everyday Spend $2,084

Monthly Bilt Cash $83.36

Monthly Bilt Cash surplus: $12.56

Yearly Everyday Spend $25,000

I'm 500 points away from 25k points so another $50 Bilt cash gained.

I'm planning to use points accelerator cuz it'd make sense. it'll pay for itself with $5k spend at 4% bilt cash.

I don't go to Walgreens or use Lyft or any of the other ways to redeem bilt cash. I CARE more about points than the bilt cash. I thought of reducing Everyday spend to 75% of rent but It'll divert my points too.

Can you someone please run numbers or share a calculator to help me out?
