How often did you guys get autofilled this season?

I have 4 accounts 3 of them are jungle accounts where I pick top as secondary. This season I played maybe 100 games in all 3 accounts together. I know it’s not much but I never got this aegis thing. My 4th acc is mainly adc and top as secondary. I have exactly 100 games on this acc and got only 1 time aegis. Why do others get it so often and I with almost 200 games across 4 accounts got it only once?
