CS grad choosing between Revolut vs Goldman Sachs SWE (London)

Hi! I’m graduating in CS this year and choosing between:

• Goldman Sachs (SWE, Asset & Wealth Management)
• Revolut (SWE, Java backend)

Location: London

Comp: base is very similar + relocation etc, GS ends up slightly higher overall
Bonus: unclear in both (new analyst role)

Big difference:

• GS: 5 days in office
• Revolut: ~1–2 days, quite flexible

Would really appreciate any insights:

• WLB
• bonuses in practice
• long-term growth
• how engineers are treated internally

What would you choose? (I’m Russian if it helps)
