As a millennial, how have you found gen z to be in the workplace?

I've noticed two extremes with Gen z myself.

They are have alot of self awareness on their limitations and emotional capabilities for workload and stress tolerance.

but I've also encountered quite a few who are VERY outspoken on what should/ shouldn't be vs what just IS.

"this is just how we do things" doesn't seem to be an adequate answer for those latter types and they will SAY it.

I almost feel they get annoyed at my "I'm just here to make a paycheck" indifference rather than my desire to rally on board with them and be the change.

And they will pull back and sulk after I've expressed my lack of energy to do anything about how things just are.

My Gen X colleagues seem to have more empathy and patience for them. Probably because their kids are the same age?
