Academic Progress Appeal Returned

I am so confused, I applied for appeal for forgiveness bcz one my last semester I was not able to pass with any CU . And in next term I am suppose to change my degree. I got a email from records yesterday that saying they can’t accept this appeal. When I reached out to my mentor she said the application was return but they are going to look at the form you submitted. So as of her comment appeal is still under review. Weekend came in this and I can’t relax for 1 second. Academic Progress Appeal Returned
