Jeff meeting with HR

Jeff said that he had an in-person meeting with HR when he gets back to LA. I think he's in deep trouble with his illegal mistreatment of Oscar and also what they're seeing how he treats his 'kids' on the air and making fun of protected activities such had vacations s and sick leave. They dont work for Sirius but harassing them on the radio show he could still be violating California labor laws. Anyone else have an idea of what HR wants to discuss?
