WHEREAS, the constitution of r/DemocracyOfReddit is inherently flawed, partially undemocratic, and widely unpopular,

WHEREAS, such constitution was created and enforced against all rules and procedures,

RESOLVED, that HARPY-CONDOR must be declared null and void and must be replaced

Transitional Period rules

1. upon promulgation of the Constitutional reset proposition, the Harpy Condor Constitution shall be fully repealed, with the exception of Article V, which shall stay into full action
2. The Parliament and the cabinet shall be declared vacant, and the GMs shall be charged with organising election of a transitional council AND of a Constitutional convention.
3. The transitional council shall be charged with dealing with regular executive affairs and shall not create law.
4. Members of the constitutional convention are charged to write (preferably by multiple persons) a new constitution.
5. The supreme court shall proceed as usual, and is charged to review the final draft of the constitution and to ensure that the transitional council does not abuse of their power.
6. When the Constitutional convention approves at a simple majority a final constitution draft, the supreme court may review it, and it shall be then voted at a 2/3 majority of DoRians.
7. If the people finds the actions of the transtional council anti-democratic and against the spirit of the nation, they have the right to enter into rebellion.
