Difference between opus 200K and opus-1M

Recently I've been building some tutorials with claude code.

I notice that opus-1m proactively writes documentation for each section including notes and lessons learned. But opus 200K simply skip writing the doc.

Also feeling slight persona differences between 1m and 200k. Original I thought they are just the same model with different max_tokens parameter.
