This is to acknowledge receipt of your complaint submitted to FINRA regarding Stephen Beard and BG Wealth Sharing Ltd. We strongly caution you against sending any funds to the entity.

It appears that FINRA does not have jurisdiction over this matter. However, in order to determine a course of action, please provide the following information by end of day, April 7, 2026.

  1. Provide the name of the individual(s) you have been working with and how you learned about the platform.

  2. Provide the URL for the website or exchange that you used.

  3. Provide any contact information for individual(s) you spoke with.

  4. Did any person you communicate with hold themselves out as being a FINRA registered representative? If so, provide the CRD numbers that were provided to you, or any other identifiable information provided.

  5. Did you utilize any Decentralized applications (DAPPS) within a Crypto Wallet (i.e., Coinbase Wallet, Metamask, Exodus, etc.)? If so, what were the applications and URLs?

  6. Did you send funds to a specific Crypto Wallet Address? If so, provide all wallet addresses in their entirety.

  7. Have you submitted your complaint to any other regulatory or law enforcement authority? If so, specify which entities you submitted your complaint/tip to.

As noted, based on the information in your initial submission, it appears that FINRA does not have jurisdiction over the entity or individual(s) involved and we may determine that your complaint/tip would be better addressed by another regulatory agency (e.g., the SEC, CFTC, FBI, State Securities Regulator, etc.). If FINRA makes this determination, we may refer your matter to an appropriate regulatory agency. We also recommend that you contact your local criminal authorities to report any potentially fraudulent activity.
