No nausea at 6 weeks

I’m not experiencing any new symptoms at 6 weeks like nausea and the first ultrasound is not until 7.5 weeks. Betas were strong and doubling roughly 38-42 hours 11dpt - 602 IU/L, 15dpt - 2,683 IU/L, 17dpt - 4,931 IU/L.

Since transfer I've had elevated resting heart rate (62→72bpm), extreme fatigue, breast soreness, terrible sleep, constipation, overheating and a sharp sense of smell but no nausea yet.

I'm 39 on a natural cycle with Crinone once daily and transferred a single 5AA euploid blastocyst. I only have 2 lower grade euploids remaining.

Did anyone else have no nausea at 6 weeks and go on to see a heartbeat? Just looking for some reassurance while I wait for my scan
