Cannot transfer money to my account

Hi, I’m pretty new to this. So I invested a bit of money into an EFT. But I recently I sold it and wanted to transfer that money back into my bank account. However, it doesn’t show anything under “my accounts” and I’m unable to receive my money.

Can anyone please help me with this? My bank account should be verified. I had transferred money to Trade Republic.
