Community Tank

Hey guys! I recently just started a 16 gallon community tank. After it finally finished cycling, I added 20 shrimp and 8 Harlequin Rasboras. I added them last night and caught the rasboras mating this morning.

How much time should I let them have to get used to the tank before adding in my Betta?
