Is this worth seeing a dermatologist - rashes under boobs and back acne

hi everyone, so I have terrible rashes under my boobs and I have since tried sudocrem as well as been using the steroid cream a doctor that prescribed me in Jan for the rashes under my breast area. Honestly, it has not been helping and I feel the itchyness giving me discomfort about 3-4 days a week in the past 2 months. Even after a shower it will still be inflammed and be quite itchy. Due to several years of this, I have developed scarring and pigmentation from previous flare-ups.

Previously when I saw a doctor in Oct 25, she told me it was fungi and prescribed me an antifungal cream for a 28 day duration. I completed the full course and I would say it gave temporary relief but the itchyness came back shortly after.

I am also plaqued with back acne as well as acne down my shoulders, it can be quite itchy and it is cystic back acne. I was prescribed acne clear ointment a long while back in 2024 but it did not help.

I was just wondering if it is worth seeing a dermatologist for the rashes on my breast - has any gurlies here tried? did it help?
