On call expectations/ pay

I’m a part time NP in NY state in a GYN oncology office. Currently we don’t take any call but leadership is proposing a first call rotation between myself and the 2 other NPs (both full time). I am hesitant because I’ve already taken on additional hours and responsibilities beyond the part time hours and I feel my base salary (79k) is not really generous to begin with. Leadership has given very little details on schedule, expectation, inpatient rounding etc so it’s adding to my stress. I work part time because I have younger children so I’m worried I’ll be woken up even more during the night and childcare with inpatient rounding. But on the other hand it would be nice to make additional money (taking patient calls at night) without having to pay for additional daycare days. They haven’t shared details of compensation beyond that we’d be compensated. If anyone is willing to share their own experience or give any feedback it would be so helpful. Thank you
