How do you people manage if there are a lot of sheets and groups?

Hello everyone,

I work in a company with more than 8000 employees from Hyderabad India, I'm in my 6th month, and feeling its difficult to achieve perfection.

I am completing my main jobs, but overall I am not able to follow everything, because of a lot of groups in whats-app, teams, even our manager told today that he is confused about some things............

So I thought to ask if anyone can give insights.....
