Camera settings for best JPEGs

I photograph mostly rugby and after being signed up to a team I am looking to streamline how I get the best JPEGs out of camera to send to the client asap. They want some of the best images for their social media and I would love to be able to tag the best in camera and send them to the client with no editing.

Are there any recommendations as to picture settings I can set in camera to help with getting the most out of the image? I am shooting Nikon if that helps.
