[Question] Seiko Monster SRP315 advice

I made a post about a week ago regarding a scuffed up watch as titled, which I did not purchase in the end.

However, I have purchased one in better condition but have a bit of a concern. Would you recommend that I move the time forward until the day and date change, then go to say 6am and manually alter the date?

Reason:

It could be coincidental, as the watch was probably on eBay for quite a long time. However, the watch in the pictures had Friday 16 on it set to 5:15 and my watch has arrived a couple of days later with Saturday 17th 4:45.

Again likely just a coincidence but I also want to ensure that it is working correctly as it was sold as in perfect working condition.

Any advice would be appreciated as I’m likely just being over cautious but I don’t want to be stuck with a broken watch or go accusing the seller of misrepresenting the condition without being factually correct.
