Are there any (unspoken) rules of what to put in a time capsule?

i was wondering, since you technically could put in a picture of the sea emperor and kinda "spoil" the game for a newcomer.

And the same goes for the items.

Are there any rules, either stated or just unspoken in the community of what is allowed?
