Hey dad I'm sick and struggling with having no one to take care of me

I keep having allergic reactions. My boyfriend and I recently ended things and I can't believe how alone I feel. I'm working right now even because I don't want to miss out on money. lips are swollen and I'm itchy but I'm just keeping going. I can't believe my life right now
