2019 Model X Raven HVAC concerns with pregnant wife / newborn on the way — any real solutions?

I have a 2019 Model X Raven Standard Range with over 100k miles and really like the car overall, but the HVAC is my one big issue. I bought it back in 2019.

My wife is pregnant and due at the end of May, so I’m thinking ahead for her and for when the baby is here. The cooling just doesn’t feel strong enough, especially in the back seat. Tesla already looked at it and replaced the filters, and from what I understand this model only has the single HVAC setup.

I really don’t want to replace the car over this one issue.

I looked into using a USB fan for the back, but I can’t find a spot that seems both safe and effective.

Has anyone dealt with this and found something that actually helped? Tint, shades, fan setup, service adjustment, anything. Looking into the XPEL tints for the side windows.
