7 weeks 4 days spotting

I had some light tan and pink specks on the tp when I wiped this morning. I’ve been having very strong pregnancy symptoms yesterday so this morning it was concerning. This morning I feel a little bit better, but I’m having light cramping and a very light low backache. I scheduled a ultrasound privately for this morning at 11. It’s 9 AM in Florida right now. Need some positive vibes thanks.
