Chocolate cyst/polyps (?) and conceiving

I have endo + PCOS and have had 2 laparoscopies (2015 & 2020) including 1 complex cyst removal.

My newest ultrasounds confirm I either have a chocolate cyst or polyp, both can cause issues with fertility but could also be non-problematic during pregnancy. My deep-ultrasound ~2 years ago confirmed some endo had grown back near my pouch of Douglas and on the ligaments to my ovaries.

I had sworn to my husband I would absolutely never have another laparoscopy. I don’t want to put my body through that again but with the new diagnosis, I’m not sure if I’ll have a choice. I will see a specialist later this month and discuss my options.

Has anyone had experience successfully conceiving with known chocolate cysts or polyps present?

Has anyone had a laparoscopy and fallen immediately after/close to the end of the recovery period?

I just want one child and then to have a full hysterectomy honestly.
