Hard water problem

Hey guys,

I live in an area with very hard water and it’s completely messing up my hair and skin. My hair has become super dry, rough, and I’m noticing more hair fall too. Skin also feels dry and irritated all the time.

I’m really confused about what to do – should I get a water filter or a water softener? Also, there are so many brands out there that I have no idea which one actually works.

If anyone has dealt with this before, please suggest what worked for you 🙏
