Do skipped beats and extra beats happen in pots?

Question

I’m about to turn 23 years old and I’ve been dealing with fast heart rate for a while, ive been to the hospital 5 times and they said that my heart looks good, but that I had to see a cardiologist. I only get fast heart rate when I get up from sitting or lying down, or if I walk for more than 10 minutes my hearts starts pounding and I can feel it beat too fast. There’s been some times where in between those fast beats my heart would stop for like 3 seconds and just yesterday I tried to clean wash my car and felt my heart pounding super fast. I decided to ignore it and finish washing it but as soon as I went into a squat I felt my heart beat double and would pump fast then another double beat, then when I got up I felt it stop for another then felt real dizzy and felt like was gonna faint. I never had double beats before, my heart only acts up when I’m up or doing physical activity, but I was just wondering if skipped/ double beats are common in pots or just in afib? I got an appointment with a cardiologist in 5 days but this has me stressing out, and can’t really do anything anymore. I miss being active and not having to worry about getting fast or skipped beats, I also suffer from anxiety so this is destroying my life.
