Dedicated server desync issue

I host a dedicated server on my Linux box. The game was running ok for the most part. But now, I am unable to select talents on my pets or mounts. I might be able to click the first talent, but when I click the second, they both highlight in yellow and reset to zero. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

I should add that I copied the savegame to my local machine and it works as intended.
