Does hyperos still annoying?

planning to get the x8 pro max to replace my f3, but i still had a doubt about hyper os.

i hate the default launcher and still do, but switching to a 3rd party launcher is crippling some of the features in the hyperos on my f3. features like dual app, floating window, navigation etc.

does that problem still occur in the new hyper os?
