Does your penis hurt after sex?

My boyfriend and i only have sex once a week, and it's pretty rough. We usually do 2 to 3 rounds, 1 to 2 hours each.

After we finish he always says that his penis and scrotum hurts a lot, i tell him to get rest during the week but he mostly ignores it and even goes for another round.

I ain't complaining cause we both have pretty high sex drives, but i feel very very bad for his penis.

Is it normal? How long should the pain last?

PS: We always use a condom, we don't usually use lube unless it's anal but still i am usually pretty wet.
