Which one should I buy?

Softwares I need to run: VMware, Android Studio + Emulator, VS Code, some basic AI developments, some light video editing and I want to run GTA 5 on medium settings once in a week

Before you guys comment about it yes I know that I am sounding stupid enough to even consider buying thinkpad for these tasks but guys hear me out I was going to go with Lenovo LOQ RTX3050 but since the ram crisis its price has gone way more than what I can afford and honestly I dont know what to do now I was considering Thinkpad E16 with AMD Ryzen™ 7 250 Processor (3.30 GHz up to 5.10 GHz), Integrated AMD Radeon™ 780M do share your thoughts and please forgive me for asking such a stupid question
