Need help to login with my Microsoft account

Hello ! i'd like to login to Minecraft ps5 with my already existing Microsoft account, but, said Microsoft account was already linked to another PlayStation account that since got banned, preventing me from login in on Minecraft.

it tells me I need to go back to the other account and manually log out, but i don't have acces to it.

i did that thing where i log out from everything my Microsoft account is logged in, but it's gonna take up to 24 hours and i'm not sure it's gonna work.

if it doesn't, is there anything else i can do ?
