X11SSH-LN4F should i upgrade firmware, will it give me more control of fan speeds

Whatever I do fans are very loud all the time, whatever I do I get something very simeler to this. I actually had to set recoverable/critical fan speed to 0 to stop in cycling roughly every 10 seconds. This is both with dsektop fans and server fans.

TLDR I currently have

Firmware Revision: 01.74IP Address: 192.168.000.011
Firmware Build Time: 12/05/2024

There is a 1.78 version on website, is this likely to help with this problem.

More detail, currently fan speeds are (notise temp is good):

Every 1.0s: ipmitool sdr | grep -E 'CPU Temp|FAN' truenas: Sat Apr 4 06:06:22 2026

CPU Temp | 29 degrees C | ok

FAN1 | 3000 RPM | ok

FAN2 | 3700 RPM | ok

FAN3 | 1700 RPM | ok

FAN4 | 3700 RPM | ok

FANA | no reading | ns

FAN3 is slower as its a 140mm one

I've tried a number of things. Changing Fan mode soes not seem to do anything. Even going from standard to HeavyIO does not seem to change anything.
