Bennett vs Chandigarh University for BTech

I'm being offered cse at Bennett University with no scholarship and at Chandigarh University with 30% scholarship. The fees difference would be around 10 lakhs.

KIET is also offering me cse. Which one should I join?

P.S. I'm planning to prepare for both GATE and to develop skills during BTech, so I would need plenty of time.
