Lenovo IdeaPad help

so my Friend got a ideapad from his mom and it won't find nvme, we changed to new nvme and still nothing, tried to install linux and widnows but nothing, all the connections seem to be fine, pins are all good, we tried installing amd drivers to the usb with windows still nothing, and we got a whole cult tryna fix the issue and we got nothing, non of us have experience with the new lenovo bios and can't get the advanced menu open.

we have basically tried everything we could find in google / youtube / asking AI and still we get nothing.

we're wondering if its the motherboard thats broken or what.

any suggestions of how to fix this or is it done to let this one go?
