Enjoying something gets abruptly interrupted by a stressful thought.
Picture this: you just saw something interesting and want to proceed doing that thing. Could be whatever... Say listen to music. Then, 2 seconds in, you get a sort of "intrusive thought" that literally disconnects you from that feeling you just had before, so you cannot continue. The vibe is ruined.
And on top of that, you feel kind of loosing control of yourself. And you might smile -laughing at yourself- at the intrusive thought (especially if it's a memory of a classmate making fun of you or something).
It feels so intense at times that whenever you try doing something enjoyable (play a game), you literally feel some "pop" somewhere in your skull.
Hypersensitivity? I can't tell. Imagination? Probably.
What is this? Is it relatable? Where can I do more research on this?
What does this atrocity sound like?
