Nose job?

I definitely have BDD. I've had it for many years, but I actually do have a big nose and really want a nose job.I am 43 years old, and my nose has grown quite a lot. I can barely look at myself in the mirror or pictures. I feel a nose job would help, but the other part is terrified of it going wrong. If I were to get botched, idk if I would handle it. I see plenty of videos with women getting nose jobs, and they come out beautifully, but I've also seen some botched jobs. Does anyone have any advice? Should I get one? Or leave myself alone now at the age of 43. It's getting really unbearable to look at myself now. My nose was always on the big side, but it's gotten even bigger
