My Cats making a small ‘hm’ sound when she purrs

She’s been sat on my lap for a little, I was petting her as normal when she purred, making a small hm sound, that almost sounded like a vibration. She was fine until she was on my lap, she’s also gagging a tiny bit every so often (though she did throw up a day or two ago)
