My controllers don't show up in bluetooth

So I have the adapter a pc and the headset and controllers and I was watching a tutorial so i could get it to work in my pc but when I turn on bluetooth in my pc and start pairing mode in my controllers they just won't show up and it is not my pc since I have a X870E asus motherboard with bluetooth and I have other bluetooth acessories conected and my controllers work in my pc so I do not know what is going on. did someone also have this issue?
